Owner
Colleen loves this industry. She enjoys the challenges and the interactions with our customers. Owning Rapp’s Packaging has been a rewarding journey that she will continue to work at, finding new ideas and products to benefit the retail stores. While most of her time is spent working at the business, in her free time you will find her floating on the river in her inner tube or enjoying a boat ride down the Allegheny River. She loves to spend time with her family and friends and is always willing to help a person in need.
Kristen
OFFICE MANAGER
Paper or plastic? Gloss or matte? Size? Quantity? Plain or printed? Oh my! Kristen, who joined the Rapp’s Packaging team in November of 2016, has learned that these are just the basic questions in the world of packaging. From filing papers, answering the phone, placing orders and invoicing, Kristen has been a great addition to the team. She comes to work with a smile and is always willing to help her co-workers. Outside of work, Kristen stays busy with her 15 and 12 year old sons. Kristen also has two Bernedoodles, Thor and Kona, who have been a great addition to the family. She enjoys Burn Boot Camp, camping along the Kiski River and cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers!
Carol
Customer Service
Carol’s background with computers dates back to before they were a must-have accessory, and prepared her for just about any computer problem we throw at her. Her skills in graphic design are also invaluable for our website, as well as her expertise with the creation of forms and flyers. She has two sons and three grandchildren, and enjoys spending time with the family. Carol loves to collect seashells and her dream vacation is spending a week on Sanibel Island. She, and her husband Bill, share their home with their two cats, Ginger and Pepper.
